How we fix a tangled tech stack: the RAID method
RAID is the order we work in. Name the constraint, then take the cheapest honest way past it. Four options, in order of preference. Most teams reach for the fourth first.
Remove
Delete the constraint outright where it can be deleted.
Avoid
Route around what cannot be removed without new debt.
Isolate
Contain the failure domain so it stops spreading.
Deflect
Absorb the load somewhere it costs less to handle.

What custom software do you build?

Do I have to replace the software we already use?
No. We work with the stack you already run rather than asking you to replace it. We only build something new where the current tools cannot do the job.
How does a project work?
Every engagement starts by naming the constraint, then choosing the cheapest honest way past it. RAID is that order: Remove, Avoid, Isolate, Deflect. Most teams reach for the fourth first.
How long does a project take?
There is no single timeline. A narrow connection between two systems is a shorter project than a custom tool that has to be handed over, or several systems with messy handoffs. The first conversation is where we tell those apart. We reply within one business day.
What does a project cost?
We do not publish a rate card. Cost follows what has to be removed, connected, or built, and whether someone has to watch it after it ships. If we are not the right people for it, we will say so.
How do you handle our data?
We use the access a project actually needs, and we will tell you where data moves and who can see it before anything is connected. This site does not claim a security certification.
Can you make our systems AI-ready?
An AI agent can only use data it can reach, and only if that data agrees across systems. We connect the stack and clean up the handoffs first. Where an agent would help, a person still approves the action.
